As part of this collaboration, Tourney Direct has developed the official Soldiers To Sidelines Job Board, a centralized platform connecting STS-certified veteran coaches with coaching and leadership roles across youth and amateur sports. The Job Board provides organizations with direct access to a highly qualified talent pipeline while creating structured, accessible career pathways for members of the military community.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to workforce development, leadership transition, and strengthening the operational foundation of youth sports.
