Presented by STS Founder/CEO Harrison Bernstein and Dr. Ben Freakley, the workshop focused on practical, research-backed coaching and leadership strategies centered around communication, accountability, relationship-building, and coaching psychology. Through interactive discussion and real-world application, attendees explored how to build trust, communicate with purpose, and create lasting impact in their teams, families, and communities.

The weekend also included a Friday evening social that gave attendees an opportunity to connect, build relationships, and strengthen the STS community ahead of the workshop.

With 22 attendees participating throughout the day, the workshop created an engaging and collaborative environment that left a strong impression on both participants and Wounded Warrior Project leadership and staff. Attendees felt the interactive format, meaningful conversations, and practical leadership tools they could immediately apply in everyday life truly made an impact.

The event reinforced the mission at the heart of STS, as we continue to empower the military community to continue serving through leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
